Consolidated Enterprises, Inc. was incorporated in 1974 and is a General Contractor in the State of Alaska. We maintain our corporate office in Anchorage, but perform work throughout the entire State of Alaska. At Consolidated we pride ourselves on our unique approach to construction management. It is our goal not to be the biggest contractor in the State but the best.
Our roofing projects range from commercial rooftop snow and ice removal to patching small roof leaks, complete structural upgrades, roof replacements and new roof systems. Some of the commercial roofing work Consolidated performs is as follows:
We employ an experienced project management staff as well as superintendents, foremen and crews. In addition we have a full time office staff and fully automated home office. Over the past 45 years we have worked with numerous private and government agencies on hundreds of projects. We have a proven track record performing many different types of roofing projects. We are members of several different construction related associations, have received several awards and have numerous letters of recommendations from previous clients.
Our surety company, Liberty Mutual Insurance Company, is one of the strongest and most professional corporate sureties, operating with a A.M. Best Rating of A, XV. Liberty has expressed its willingness to execute individual performance and payment bonds in the $20,000,000 range with an aggregate bond program of $30,000,000. This is a significant expression of confidence on the part of our surety.
At CEI we finance all our projects in-house. For the last 45 years Consolidated has never failed to complete any awarded work for insufficient resources, or any other reason.
We selectively choose our projects and maintain a workload that does not over-extend our resources or deny our clients the attention to detail that each deserves.
