Hangar 15, JBER – 44,000 Sq. Ft.

Removed existing PVC roof system. Installed new Malarkey cold-applied 2-ply roof system over new Dens Deck cover board mechanically attached through existing EPS insulation. Project included replacement of coping and roof drains.

Replace Roof Bldg. 9510, JBER – 15,300 Sq. Ft

Removed existing BUR system. Installed a new Malarkey 3-Ply BUR system including EPS insulation and densdeck cover board over concrete deck. Also installed new metal coping and reglets.

UAA Auto Diesel Tech Bldg. – 19,600 Sq Ft

Removal of existing EPDM ballasted roof system. Removal of existing 24 gauge metal decking which contained lead-based paint. Installation of new 20 gauge galv decking, Malarkey 3 ply BUR roof system with EPS and ISO insulation, new parapet walls, metal fascia, metal coping and new roof drain system.

Replace Roof, Bldg. 796- JBER – 60,000 Sq Ft

Removal of existing BUR roof system. New 20 gauge galv decking and structural supports were installed over existing wood deck. Installed Malarkey 3 ply BUR with EPS insulation, metal coping and new roof drains.

Denali Readiness Center Roof Replacement – 105,200 Sq Ft

Removal of existing ballasted EPDM roof system. Installation of Malarkey 4 ply BUR roof system with EPS insulation and crickets and new metal copings. Minor structural upgrades, electrical and mechanical work.

Replace Roofs Bldg. 802, 804 and 806, JBER – 490,000 Sq Ft

Removal of existing BUR roof systems, installation of new Malarkey 4 ply BUR roof systems with EPS insulation and crickets, new parapet walls, metal fascia, metal coping and new roof drains.
