Homer Alaska Police Station Roof – 9,500 Sq Ft.
Installation of Carlisle’s 80 mil PVC membrane heat-welded to Rhino Bond plates fastened through HD Iso cover board, EPS insulation, and a Dens Deck thermal barrier. Also installed new metal coping and reglets.

Removal of a Ballastad EPDM roof system. Installed Sika-Sarnafil 60-mil roof system heat-welded to Rhino Bond plates fastened through Polyiso insulation. Project included new coping, sheet metal flashings, scuppers, and drains.
Matanuska Susitna Borough 4 School Roof Replacements – 115,100 Combined Sq Ft.
Removal of existing ballasted EPDM roof systems on the Palmer High School, Palmer Middle School, Cottonwood Creek Elementary School and Pioneer Peak Elementary School. Installed fully adhered 80 mil Carlisle PVC membrane and EPS insulation. Installed new parapets, metal fascia, metal copings, and new roof drains.
